Great Spirit longs to be close to us. We were created from All That Is Love as light paths of that love. We are called to be close to our creator so that we can remain in that love. The world is full of callings in many directions. We do our best to set out and follow a calling that we feel is in alignment with who we are or what is expected of us. We find fulfillment in the path or not and set out on a different one. Each day there is a renewal to our calling as human beings. God calls to each of us in the quiet of our hearts at each moment, in each breath. How we respond to that call determines our sense of peace. There is nothing good or bad about whatever human calling we embark upon or path we follow. But for true fulfillment in our hearts we must listen to the inner calling of our spirit. This is the calling that guides us on who we are being as we are present in our lives fulfilling our physical path. This is the calling that shows us how to act and what to say in those in between moments where there are no guide books from the corporate, education, or government world. This calling is the one that is with us when our heads hit the pillow at the end of the night and greet us first thing in the morning when we open our eyes. My prayer for us today is that we be open to whom God is calling us to be in this moment as many times as we are courageous enough to do. Make it a great one! Peace~Colleen
