The Great Lover of all has made a decision! This decision was made with clarity and power and breathed life into your being. The decision was that you would be a path of love for the world. Your significance lies in fulfilling this role. You do not need to explain yourself to anyone. You do not need to justify your presence in the world. The fact that you are present in the world and breathing means you have significance. We look to the physical world to explain why we are here and that we are okay. That makes us dependent upon the moods and feelings of others. We are not dependent upon these outside forces to reveal to us our significance. It lies in our own hearts. On our dates God continually reminds me to focus on God. The specified time that we spend together each morning as I start my day is the most important because it sets my mind and my heart on the path of my significance. Then I am able to be present to the hints throughout the day, the little “love notes” from God to remind me yet again of my significance. I need these reminders and I ask God for them because I never want to lose sight of why I am really here and that I matter to the most important entity in the universe. My prayer for us today is that we be willing to set aside a few minutes as we start our day and allow our hearts to be reminded of our significance. Make it a great one! Peace~Colleen
