God of Life endowed all of existence with a life that exceeds our mind’s understanding. This life includes the opportunity and avenue for presence. Each moment is a chance to show up. A chance to let our light shine. We animate the world when we show up. We become the gift of life that God has bestowed upon the earth when we align with God’s vision for ourselves. When we step out of the limitations of our mind and our ego. It is hard sometimes for me to imagine that I am any kind of gift to the world when I show up as true self. Many years of practicing the art of people pleasing (which is actually selfish because subconsciously I was doing it to validate my sense of worth) and doing the things I “should” do I thought wore out of me my connection to my intuition. On my dates with God I am shown that nothing was worn out. All that I have within me to be me is still there, I just needed to be reminded. God has shown me the mirror through which to see myself. It is as though God showed me how to see again with my heart. I just had to be willing to release the muck I had encased over my heart and open up the chamber of defensiveness I had built up around my heart in the name of safety. This is not easy, but it is simple. It was lots of crying, lots of writing, lots of being open to new ideas, and mostly lots of trusting in this path of walking with God day by day. With patience and compassion I have begun to live one moment at a time in the way of my heart. My prayer for us today is that we be open to walking the path that allows us to live the animation of life that we are in God’s eyes. Make it a great one! Peace~Colleen
