God shines. To allow the light of God within us to shine through us in the glorious fashion it was meant to do so is who we are. God creates magnificence and that includes us. Have you ever marveled at the exquisite blooming of a flower? Seeing the beauty in th eyes of another person captivates our hearts. In the complex world we live in it is hard to imagine that the simplest truth is our gloriousness. We want to justify it or explain it why it is only our darkness that is true. We have gotten so used to the layers of dark stories we placed on top of our glory we forgot to look below the surface . God simply calls us to embrace the truth residing in our hearts. We are invited to breath in the reality of our essence in the presence of glory itself.
My prayer for us is the courage to embrace the glorious truth of who we are for as many breaths as we are willing to do so today.
