When we stand up to say something we get full access to the power of our diaphragm.  Our voice is clearer and carries more force when we speak while standing up.  To take a stand about something means we hold a strong posture in defense of an idea.  God is always a stand for us.  God is always ready and willing to proclaim the love and the innocence we are even when we cannot see it for ourselves.  Even when we are not being it in the moment. As messengers of God we are called to do the same for each other.  We need each other to find within us and remind us the true essence of ourselves.  It is not easy, but it is as simple as asking God, “how do you see this?“
