We begin with a welcome.  It is what the world says to us when we arrive.  It is what we greet people who come to visit. It is how we respond when people express gratitude.  Being welcoming is about acknowledging the opportunities that each new moment possesses.  God welcomes us into the knowing of his existence starting with our breath. The breath we use to face each moment of our lives.  She further welcomes us to reacquaint ourselves with our heart.  Therein lies the creative design. By welcoming all circumstances in our lives and bringing them to our heart to discern how we can grow in love from them forms a welcoming life.  God does not promise a life free to experiences which we sometimes call challenges or bad things.  God welcomes us to get to know all experiences whether we label them good or bad as an opportunity to grow our hearts.
