I love when things just work out.  Life seems to have a flow and I feel a part of it.  Things come together seamlessly and there isn’t a sense of rush or pressure.  I am complete peace with Kairos (Chiros), a greek term that refers to God’s time.  It is in those times that I don’t begrudge waiting or have an impatience about how things are or are not turning out.  I then have to ask myself, am I trusting less in God’s time when it doesn’t match my time?  Aha!  This is the key.  When things are not happening in my time, when I am in a period of waiting, I sometimes forget that God is still in charge.  I lose sight of the fact that the time of waiting is just as much a part of the journey as the end result.  I suppose it is human conditioning but even after all these years of practice in patience, I seem to have to relearn the lesson.  Gratefully, God does not think less of me but utilizes it as an opportunity to remind me that I need God, I need God’s perspective and, I need to connect to the heart and rhythm of my being.  My prayer for us today is that if we find ourselves waiting that we remember who is waiting right there with us, by our side, with no place else to be.  Make it a great one!  Peace~Colleen
