Sharing my experiences and understandings of the Great I AM.

Be With Courage!

on March 6, 2015
Within each one of us lies infinite possibilities.  Because we were designed by the maker of possibilities we become an extension of that reality. The reason we often don’t see that is because we have had experiences of limited possibilities.  Experiences in the physical world which does have limits and so we took that story on.  The difficulty in that however, is that it applied to our experience of that particular situation.  It is not a truth of the Universe.  Our minds have this survival quality that allows us to be able to function without a presence of mind.  It does this with our breathing, our walking, our driving.  Once something occurs physically for us our brain creates and imprint and a program and runs the program when that situation arises. This works well as it would be a long day if every time we needed to breathe we had to stop and tell our brain to breathe in and breathe out.  However, when it does this with an interaction in another situation which will not always be the same, it can create some difficulty.  Without even recognizing it we go to our old programming and unless we make an effort to consciously be present in the moment we are in, we get dragged to a moment from the past and act from there.  God calls us gently forth to be present with him in this moment. We are invited to experience it new and be present for the gifts that are to be garnered. God wants us right here, right now, because that is where God is made manifest.  To let go of the programming from a previous experience requires an intention and decision to be present to how it will occur right now.  My prayer for us today is that we have the courage to take God up on his offer to be present with him in this moment and receive the gifts that are being offered.  Make it a great one! Peace~Colleen

Are you willing to let go of the programming and be present to the situations in your life as they are occurring right here, right now? Share in the comments.
