God of All Creation decided long ago that the love in and of itself could not be contained. In the same way that a couple decides to share fully with each other and end up creating new life. Love creates. Love creates more avenues for love to be explored, learned, shared, and developed. Destruction is outside the realm of love in the sense that we understand it. We see the dying and the letting go as destruction. Life sees it as part of the process. The flow of life means that things begin and things end. It is all within the enshrinement of God’s perfect plan. So, why is it when things in my life die or need to be let go of, I fight it? I fight it when I lose sight of the fact that God is in charge of a plan that is much more than just me. I am a part of a greater purpose. My life is enshrined in the purpose of love. As I grow in this love there are things that no longer serve me in continuing my growth. God has the sight to see what those are and I am given opportunities to respond to the invitation to let them go. God is there to hold my hand through it and to remind me that nothing that is changing affects me at my core. My prayer for us today is that we be open to letting go of the things, people, way of thinking, or situations that keep us from growing more in love. Make it a great one! Peace~Colleen
