God does not discriminate. God created all and therefore is within all. Our work is to find the God in every being that we encounter. This is our daily mission. If we cannot recognize ourselves in others then we are missing out on the joy of living. The moment we connect with others in a genuine knowing there is a sense of peace. We have destroyed the illusion that we are separate and have stepped that much closer to the wholeness of our heart and being. It is easy for me to see everyone as different and separate just by virtue of us being in different bodies. However, we are more than our bodies. We are all included in the only body that counts, the body of love. My prayer for us today is an openness to seeing the similarities and God in every one we encounter. Make it a great one!
