God is the presence of love.  God is love.  God shows up in our lives in a multitude of ways as the one force of love.  Love is one.  This is the certainty we long for in our lives.  The one true thing we all yearn to grasp, dare to hope, and wait with bated breath for is love.  When we attune ourselves to be in alignment with God, with love, we are one.  We experience life as a flow.  There is a movement and an ease from which life occurs because we recognize ourselves as part of the oneness of all of life.  We know it when we have moments of serenity and peace.  We feel it when we connect with others on a soul level.  We experience it when we see things as though for the first time like a child.  We are in it when we are present to the moment we are in.  It is hard when we are trying to accomplish multiple things at once to determine where our focus will suit us best.  When we take a breath and connect in our hearts we will be directed to the oneness which exudes from within us and know exactly where to set our sights.
