The presence of God within us is present at all times.  Remembering it is there is the key.  If we focus on the physical only we will have a harder time seeing the presence of Spirit in our lives.  It is as though it lives and has its being only in the in between spaces.  It is the breath that gives life. It is the still soft voice guiding us towards love.  It is the subtle confidence in a decision we make.  Spirit is God’s movement in and through us.  It is the anonymous version of God.  When I am on my dates with God I am aware of the presence of Spirit and I remain aware of it through my day when I am conscious of my need to connect with God.  Spirit is a bridge between me and God, between me and my heart.
