Without even realizing it we as human beings have created systems that allow us to participate on every level in the consciousness of our Creator. We embark on the experience of the ebb and flow of life with our beginnings and endings. We continually create situations and experiences with our minds and our hearts. We cannot deny that we come from the Great Creator, it is in our every cell. Today is the end of the month, if we did not give it that label we might experience it as just another day without giving it any thought. Tomorrow we will embark on a new month and with that comes the sense of new possibilities and choices to create. We will take care of many of the first of the month activities like we did at the beginning of this month so as to experience the cyclical nature of life (a rather creative way for me to think of paying for my monthly rent, don’t you think?). These moments of presence in the ebb and flow allow us to also participate in the promise of LOVE. Because the very nature of our Creator is LOVE. So when we close one chapter and start another instead of fighting to hold on to the one of today, we take a chance that we will be provided with everything we need. We take God up on His promise that His love is there with every ending and every beginning. We trust that God is with us in the mundane and the spectacular. We open ourselves up to the idea that God does not run with uncertainty, but stands ever more firm in who God is because he cannot be anything less than he is no matter what happens. My prayer for us today is that we choose to walk in the knowledge of the promise that God is LOVE no matter what happens moment to moment. Make it a great one! Peace~Colleen
