God is core.  As the design of our being goes we cannot function without the core of who we are.  It can be called by many names.  The name is not important as the return to the center of who we are.  Many things are constantly calling us outward.  Our attention is being diverted left and right. It is hard to know which one to follow. We look to the masses of people and think perhaps their way is what we should be doing.  In many ways it serves us to follow along with family or society.  The process of maturing into our God-designed selves is one which calls for discernment.  I can no longer blindly carry around the beliefs of my childhood as they may no longer serve the greater good in being who I am created to be.  Each idea must be looked at in the context of my heart.  I am asked in my relationship with God to take these beliefs and return to the core of who I am to see if they are a match today.
