God envelopes. We are clothes and surrounded by love on all ends. God makes sure that we experience love at every turn. Our eyes may be opened or closed to it but it is there for us to be embraced by if we so choose. God’s embrace stems from an inner experience. I have come to know it my daily meditation dates with God. But I also experience it outside of our date time. God is always finding ways to embrace us with love. For me the key is to be present enough in the moment and notice it. If I am lost in fear or worry or future tripping I may miss it. The good news is the very moment I return to the present, I can see and experience the embrace.
My prayer for us is the willingness to be present enough and experience God’s embrace that is both within and outside of us today.
