Within our hearts exists a lightness of being allowing love to travel throughout our whole bodies and lives in a seamless fashion.  This lightness of spirit is the buoyant nature of God.  We do not need to seek outside of ourselves for the peace and understanding we crave.  By surrendering to the buoyantness within our core we allow God to move through us.  When God’s energy moves through us freely it will overflow into our outside experience. This energy will create our perspective, open our hearts to receive, open our eyes to perceive, and open our minds to the mystery and reality of love.  I have found in my daily dates with God I am able to sit in the space of buoyantness even when it feels foreign because I trust this lightness of being is something greater than me that will not abandon me like the darkness in me has done so many times before.

My prayer for us is the willingness to open ourselves up to the buoyantness residing in our hearts waiting to open us up to the experience of love today.
